| 2 | H-E-B Fully Fit Grilled Beef Patties |
| 2 cans (15 oz. each) | H-E-B Mexican Style Diced or Petite Diced Chipotle Tomatoes |
| 1 package (12 oz.) | H-E-B Singles 2/3 Less Fat Cheese |
| 1 package (12 count) | H-E-B Whole Wheat or 7 Grain Flour Tortillas |
Directions
1. Thaw beef, break into chunks, place in food processor, and process for 15 seconds into crumbles.
2. Combine beef, tomatoes, and cheese in Crock-Pot; stir to combine. Heat for 30 minutes on high.
3. Heat oven to 450ºF. Line baking sheets with foil and spray with nonstick spray. Cut each tortilla into 6 wedges. Place on pans and lightly coat with cooking spray. Bake for 8 minutes or until crisp and golden. Cool and serve with the queso.
