Thin and Lean Jalapeņo BBQ Brisket Pizza

Ingredients

6 H-E-B Whole Wheat Flour Tortillas
1 container (16 oz.) H-E-B Fully Cooked Fully Fit Reduced Sodium and Reduced Sugar Shredded Beef Brisket
1 1/2 cups H-E-B Fat Free Shredded Cheddar Cheese
1 container (5 oz.) H-E-B Ready Fresh Go!® Red Onion Slices, rings separated
2 fresh jalapeño peppers, seeded and sliced (optional)

Directions

1. Heat oven to 450ºF. Line large baking sheet with foil and set aside.

2. Pierce tortillas with fork to vent, place directly on center rack, and bake for 5 minutes.

3. Spread 1/3 cup of brisket on each crisp tortilla and place on prepared baking sheet. Sprinkle 4 tablespoons cheese over each pizza. Top each with onions and jalapeños (if desired).

4. Bake on the center rack for 10 minutes or until the cheese melts.

Makes: 6 individual pizzas
