Ingredients
| 6 | H-E-B Whole Wheat Flour Tortillas |
| 1 container (16 oz.) | H-E-B Fully Cooked Fully Fit Reduced Sodium and Reduced Sugar Shredded Beef Brisket |
| 1 1/2 cups | H-E-B Fat Free Shredded Cheddar Cheese |
| 1 container (5 oz.) | H-E-B Ready Fresh Go!® Red Onion Slices, rings separated |
| 2 | fresh jalapeño peppers, seeded and sliced (optional) |
Directions
1. Heat oven to 450ºF. Line large baking sheet with foil and set aside.
2. Pierce tortillas with fork to vent, place directly on center rack, and bake for 5 minutes.
3. Spread 1/3 cup of brisket on each crisp tortilla and place on prepared baking sheet. Sprinkle 4 tablespoons cheese over each pizza. Top each with onions and jalapeños (if desired).
4. Bake on the center rack for 10 minutes or until the cheese melts.
Makes: 6 individual pizzas
