| 1 package (8 oz.) | softened H-E-B Cream Cheese, regular or fat free |
| ½ cup | H-E-B Fresher Lasting Roasted Salsa, any flavor |
| ¼ cup | H-E-B Sour Cream, regular or fat free |
| 1 bag (8 oz.) | Hill Country Fare Frozen Cooked Salad Shrimp, thawed |
| 2 cups | H-E-B Shredded Cheddar Cheese, regular, reduced fat, or fat free |
| ½ cup | chopped green onions, including tops |
| 1 box | Central Market™ Organics Water Crackers |
Directions
1. Combine cream cheese, salsa, sour cream, thawed shrimp, shredded cheddar cheese, and green onions in a food processor bowl. Process the mixture for 1 minute or until it has a chunky texture.
2. TO SERVE COLD: Spoon mixture into a bowl and serve with Central Market™ Organics Water Crackers.
TO SERVE WARM: Place the dip in an ovenproof baking dish. Heat the oven to 350°F. Bake for 15 minutes or until hot and bubbly. Serve with crackers.
