Ingredients
| 4 | H-E-B Bake Shop Whole Wheat Bolillos, sliced in half lengthwise |
| ½ cup | H-E-B More Fruit Apricot Fruit Spread or Sugar Free Apricot Preserve |
| 1 tablespoon | Central Market™ Organics Teriyaki Marinade Sauce |
| 1 bag (8 oz.) | H-E-B Fat Free Shredded Mozzarella Cheese |
| 8 slices (1 oz. each) | H-E-B Fat Free Thin Sliced Ham or Turkey, cut into thin strips |
| 1 cup | H-E-B Frozen Pineapple Chunks, chopped |
| 1 jar (4 oz.) | H-E-B Pimiento Pepper Strips, drained |
Directions
1. Heat oven to 450ºF. Line large baking sheet with foil and spray with nonstick cooking spray.
2. Combine fruit spread and marinade in small bowl. Brush 1 tablespoon of fruit mixture on each bolillo half and place on prepared baking sheet. Top each with 2 tablespoons cheese, 1 slice (cut into strips) ham or turkey, 2 tablespoons pineapple, 2 or 3 pepper strips, and 2 more tablespoons cheese.
3. Bake pizzas on center rack for 10 minutes or until cheese bubbles and turns golden.
