Ingredients

4 H-E-B Bake Shop Whole Wheat Bolillos, sliced in half lengthwise
½ cup H-E-B More Fruit Apricot Fruit Spread or Sugar Free Apricot Preserve
1 tablespoon Central Market™ Organics Teriyaki Marinade Sauce
1 bag (8 oz.) H-E-B Fat Free Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
8 slices (1 oz. each) H-E-B Fat Free Thin Sliced Ham or Turkey, cut into thin strips
1 cup H-E-B Frozen Pineapple Chunks, chopped
1 jar (4 oz.) H-E-B Pimiento Pepper Strips, drained

Directions

1. Heat oven to 450ºF. Line large baking sheet with foil and spray with nonstick cooking spray.

2. Combine fruit spread and marinade in small bowl. Brush 1 tablespoon of fruit mixture on each bolillo half and place on prepared baking sheet. Top each with 2 tablespoons cheese, 1 slice (cut into strips) ham or turkey, 2 tablespoons pineapple, 2 or 3 pepper strips, and 2 more tablespoons cheese.

3. Bake pizzas on center rack for 10 minutes or until cheese bubbles and turns golden.
