Healthy Sugar Free Apple Pie

Ingredients

1 (9-inch) frozen Hill Country Fare Pie Crust, baked
1 envelope Hill Country Unflavored Gelatin
1 teaspoon Apple Pie Spice
½ cup Sugar Replacement, Splenda, Sugar Twin or Spoonable Equal
1 package (16 oz) Hill Country Fare Frozen Fuji Apple Slices, thawed

Directions

1. Bake piecrust according to package directions and cool.

2. Pour 1/2 cup cold water into a small microwave-safe bowl.  Sprinkle gelatin into water and let set 1 minute.  Microwave on High power for 1 minute and add 1 1/2-cup cold water and stir to dissolve.  Combine dissolved gelatin mixture, apple pie spice, sugar replacement and thawed apple slices in a large bowl.  Place the bowl over another bowl filled with ice cubes. Stir dissolved gelatin apple mixture until it begins to thicken.  Immediately pour apple mixture into crust.

3 Cover pie with plastic wrap and chill 20 minutes or until firm and ready to cut.
