Harvest Garden Potato Salad

Ingredients

1 bag (16 oz.) H-E-B Ready, Fresh, Go!® Diced Idaho Russet Potatoes
1/4 cup H-E-B Texas Twist Caesar or Ranch Dressing
1 cup chopped zucchini or yellow squash
1 teaspoon Central Market™ Organics Dill Weed
or
2 tablespoons chopped fresh dill
1 cup H-E-B Frozen Petite Peas, cooked
1 jar (2 oz.) H-E-B Harvest Moon Diced Pimientos, drained

Directions

1. Cook potatoes according to package directions. Drain and place in bowl. Add dressing while potatoes are hot. Allow to cool. 

2. Add remaining ingredients to potatoes. Toss to coat, and season to taste with salt and pepper. Serve chilled or warm.
