Grilled Italian Garlic Garden Cheese Pizza

Ingredients

1 H-E-B Good-to-Go! Pizza Kit (2 crusts)
¼ cup H-E-B Extra Virgin Olive Oil
3 H-E-B Ready, Fresh, Go!® Peeled Garlic Cloves
1 container (8 oz.) H-E-B Reduced Fat Feta Cheese Crumbles or 1 package H-E-B Fat Free or Reduced Fat Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
1 container (6 oz.) H-E-B Fully Cooked® Roasted Pepper Sliced Chicken Breasts
1 large ripe tomato, thin sliced
1 package fresh basil leaves, thin sliced
1 container (5 oz.) H-E-B Ready, Fresh, Go!™ Red Onion Sandwich Slices

Directions

1. Heat grill to 350°F. Spray grill rack with nonstick cooking spray. Remove pizza crust and sauce packet from package and put sauce away for other use.

2. Brush each pizza crust with olive oil. Using a garlic press, squeeze garlic cloves over crusts. Sprinkle ½ cup of cheese over each crust. Top cheese with chicken, tomato, basil leaves, and onion. Sprinkle remaining cheese over pizzas.

3. Place one pizza directly on grill, cover, and grill for 5 minutes or until cheese is melted and pizza is heated through. Cool pizza 2 minutes on cutting board and slice with a pizza cutter into small wedges or squares.

Makes: 2 pizzas (6 servings)
