Garden Fresh Pizza Roll

Ingredients

4 HEB Low Carb Flour Tortillas
¼ cup HEB Spaghetti Sauce
1 HEB Fully Fit Chicken Breast, chopped
¼ cup HEB Shredded Pizza Blend Cheese
1 cup shredded Lettuce
½ cup HEB Ready Fresh Go Three Color Peppers

Directions

1. Arrange tortillas on a tray or cutting board.

2. Spread 2 Tablespoons of spaghetti sauce on each tortilla.

3. Arrange 4 Tablespoons chopped chicken down the center of the tortillas.

4. Sprinkle 1 Tablespoon of shredded cheese, ¼ cup shredded lettuce and 1 Tablespoon three color chopped peppers.

5. Roll the tortilla like a taco and wrap with plastic wrap.  Remove the plastic wrap and slice in half and enjoy!
