Crunchy Apricot & Cinnamon Granola

Ingredients

½ cup Sugar Free Apricot Jelly, your favorite flavor
1 Tablespoon Hill Country Fare Canola Oil
½ teaspoon Cinnamon
1 ½ cups Hill Country Fare Old Fashioned Oats
1 cup chopped dried Apricots
1 cup Shredded Wheat Squares, no sugar

Directions

1. Heat oven to 325ºF.  Line a large baking sheet with foil, spray with non-stick cooking spray and set aside.

2. Combine jelly, canola oil, cinnamon, Old Fashioned Oats, nuts, and raisins in a large bowl and toss to coat.  

3. Spread the mixture evenly in the prepared pan and a bake for 20 to 25 minutes, stirring twice during baking.  Spread mixture on a sheet of foil to cool.  Once cool, place in a plastic bag or container and seal tightly.

Makes:  4 cups (8 servings)
