Ingredients
| 1 loaf (16 oz.) | H-E-B Ciabatta Artisan Bread |
| 1/2 cup | H-E-B Chef Prepared Basil Pesto Sauce |
| 1 bag (8 oz.) | H-E-B Fat Free Shredded Mozzarella Cheese |
| 2 | H-E-B Fully Cooked Fully Fit Seasoned Chicken Breasts, thawed and thin sliced |
| 1 container (7 oz.) | H-E-B Ready Fresh Go!® 3 Color Chopped Peppers |
| 1 container (5 oz.) | H-E-B Ready Fresh Go!® Sliced Red Onion, rings separated |
Directions
1. Heat oven to 400ºF. Line large baking sheet with foil and spray with Hill Country Fare Nonstick Olive Oil Spray. Place bread on pan and thaw for 15 minutes. Bake bread according to package directions, cool, and slice in half lengthwise.
2. Place bread halves on prepared baking sheet and spread 1/4 cup pesto sauce on each half. Sprinkle 1/2 cup cheese on each half and top with chicken breast. Sprinkle 1/2 cup cheese over chicken and top with peppers and onion rings.
3. Bake pizzas on center rack for 10 minutes or until cheese bubbles and turns golden. Cut each pizza into 4 slices.
