Blackened Grilled Pork Chops

Ingredients

1 tablespoon H-E-B Texas Original Blackened Seasoning
4 H-E-B Natural Boneless Pork Chops, cut 1 inch thick

Directions

1. Place the seasoning on a dish.  Press each pork chop into the seasoning on both sides.  Place the coated pork chops on a foil-lined baking sheet, cover with plastic wrap, and chill for 30 minutes.

2. For Grill: Spray grill rack with nonstick cooking spray. Prepare charcoal or gas grill for cooking (375°F). Cook pork chops on each side for 7–8 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 150°F.

3. For Skillet: Heat skillet 2–3 minutes over medium-high heat. Spray skillet with non-stick cooking spray and cook pork chops for 3 minutes on each side. Reduce heat to medium low, cover, and cook 5 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 150°F.
