Ingredients
| 2 bags (16 oz.) | H-E-Buddy Apple Slices, Granny Smith or Fuji |
| 1 teaspoon | Hill Country Fare Ground Cinnamon |
| 1/4 cup | Hill Country Fare Raisins |
| 6 packets | H-E-B BetterSweet |
| 1 pouch (2 bars) | Hill Country Fare Honey and Oat Crunchy Granola Bar |
| 1 container (6 oz.) | H-E-B Non-Fat Vanilla Yogurt |
Directions
1. Heat oven to 400ºF. Spray an 8" x 8" baking dish with nonstick butterflavored cooking spray.
2. Lightly spray the apple slices with the butter spray. Combine the apple slices, cinnamon, raisins, and H-E-B BetterSweet in the prepared baking dish; toss to coat. Spoon ¼ cup water over the apple slices.
3. Take the granola bar package and smash it with a rolling pin to crumble the bars. Sprinkle the crushed granola bars over the apple slices. Bake the apple slices on the center oven rack for 25 minutes, until apples are bubbly. Serve ½ cup stewed apples with 2½ tablespoons non-fat vanilla yogurt.
