Asian Spiced Walnuts with Ice Cream & Mangos

Ingredients

¼ cup chopped Walnuts
¼ teaspoon Chinese Five Spice
½ Tablespoon Sesame Seeds
2 Tablespoons Brown Sugar or Sugar Replacement Blend
2 cups HEB Creamy Creations 1905 or No Sugar Added Vanilla Ice Cream
2 HEB Fresher Lasting or Harvest Moon Mango Halves, thin sliced

Directions

1. Combine the chopped walnuts, Chinese Five Spice, sesame seeds and brown sugar in a small bowl and toss to coat. 

2. Heat a skillet over medium heat for 3 minutes.  Add the walnut mixture and stir the mixture constantly until the sugar melts and coats the walnuts (about 1 ½ minutes).  Quickly spread the coated walnuts on a sheet of foil, cool and break apart. 

3. Scoop ½ cup ice cream in each dessert dish and top with ¼ cup of sliced mango and 1 ½ Tablespoons Asian Spiced Walnuts.
