Apple Walnut Salad

Ingredients

2 large Granny Smith or Pink Lady apples, peeled, cored, and thinly sliced
juice of 1 lemon
1 bag (5 oz.) H-E-B Ready, Fresh, Go!® Spring Mix Greens
1/4 cup H-E-B Reduced Fat Feta Cheese
1/2 cup Hill Country Fare Walnut Pieces
1/2 cup H-E-B Texas Twist Fat Free Vinaigrette Salad Dressing

Directions

1. Toss apples in lemon juice and drain. Layer apple slices, salad greens, cheese, and walnuts in a large salad bowl. Cover with plastic wrap and chill for 15 minutes or until ready to serve. 

2. Before serving, toss salad and add salad dressing to taste.
