Ingredients
| 6 | H-E-B Whole Wheat or 7 Grain Tortillas |
| 2 small | Granny Smith Apples, peeled, cored and chopped |
| 4 packets | H-E-B BetterSweet |
| or | |
| 2 teaspoons | sugar |
| ½ teaspoon | Central Market™ Organics Ground Cinnamon |
| 2 cups | H-E-B Reduced Mexican Blend or Monterey Jack Cheese |
| 6 tablespoons | H-E-B Sabor Tradicional Cajeta Quemada |
Directions
1. Heat oven to 450ºF. Line 2 large baking sheet pans with foil and spray with nonstick cooking spray. Arrange 3 tortillas on each pan and pierce each with a fork. Bake for 8 minutes or until golden.
2. Meanwhile, combine apples, BetterSweet, cinnamon, and cheese in bowl and toss to coat.
3. Top each tortilla with ½ cup apple mixture and drizzle with 1 tablespoon of cajeta. Bake tostadas for 5 minutes or until cheese melts. Cut each tostada into 4 wedges and serve.
