Events 2nd Annual Soul Development and Wellness Event

The wellness event will include:

• labyrinth and meditation workshops,
• an opportunity to walk the Seton Southwest Labyrinth,
• along with activities focused on mind, body and soul
• Seton Cove massage therapists will be available for chair massage. 

There will be free activities such as:

•  blood pressure screenings, 
•  yoga and Pilates demonstrations
• Healing arts therapists

Great Habits Gift Shop, will be open and feature its spring merchandise, including original WaterStones creations, as well as wonderful plants and herbs.

Tickets for the workshops are $15 and include lunch.   Individuals not attending the workshops may also pre-order a salad lunch for $5 each, or by calling the SSW Great Habits Gift Shop at 324-9018.    No registration is necessary for the free activities.

SSW Volunteers will also host its annual Garden Sale which begins at 9 a.m. on Friday, March 28 and runs through 3 p.m., Saturday March 29.
