Comprehensive Prepared Childbirth

A thorough preparation for the labor and birth process. Includes presentation and practice of Lamaze breathing and relaxation techniques, body mechanics, medical interventions and exercises. Class size is limited. This is a 12 hour class. Early registration recommended.

If you need to cancel your class, we request that you notify us as soon as possible so that others who are on the waiting list might have an opportunity to attend the class.  No refund is made if your cancellation  is not made at least 5 business days prior to the start of the class.  We reserve the right to cancel the class if there is not adequate enrollment.  In this event, an attempt will be made to place you in another class, or you will receive a refund.

Participants in childbirth classes should bring two pillows and a blanket to class and wear comfortable clothing.
