Learn healthy diet and exercise strategies to improve blood glucose, lower cardiovascular risk and and promote weight loss.
 
One in four Americans will develop diabetes at some time in their life. If you have been told you have impaired glucose tolerance, metabolic syndrome or prediabetes.....this series of two classes is made for you.
 
Taught by a Registered Dietitian.
