You can LIVE WELL with diabetes. Seton Diabetes Education Center offers free and low cost programs to serve persons with diabetes and persons at risk for developing diabetes. We currently offer 2 specific types of programs:
- ASK THE EXPERT: free diabetes support educational programs designed to provide topics of interest to persons with diabetes and pre-diabetes. The program is formatted to allow informal support during a diabetes-friendly meal before the presentation.
- HEALTH IN ACTION: low cost community seminars equipping persons with diabetes or pre-diabetes with tools to live healthier—these programs are focused on specific topics to hone self-management skills.
