Natural Family Planning - Sympto-Thermal Method

The Sympto-Thermal Method (STM) is based on daily fertility awareness. Couples learn to monitor the fertility symptoms given by the woman's waking temperature and the cervical mucus. They  also learn to use an optional cervical sign. These signs are used in a cross-checking way.

The fee includes the entire 3-class series and all materials. Scholarships are available based on need.

This class series is offered every 2nd Wednesday from 7 - 9:30 p.m.
