Answer

A simple answer to causes of migraine is difficult. There are a number of triggers for single events and other issues - chiefly depression, stress or illness related - make it a highly individual and personal issue. It is difficult to generalize.

Migraine is a treatable phenomenon, but individual treatment for headache relief also is quite varied. The best advice is to see your physician. You may need a referral to a neurologist.
