There is nothing wrong or bad about liking only a few fruits. It is important that we eat a balanced diet with emphasis on variety across the five major food groups. Not consuming a wide variety of different fruits can be made up for in the variety you choose in another group, for instance the vegetable group.

The huge variety of produce at your local grocery store or health food store makes experimentation with different fruits and vegetables easy and may help you keep boredom at bay as you search for others you may like. Variety is the spice of life!
